Legal Assistant / Paralegal

This specialist property law firm in Nottingham is looking to recruit a legal assistant / paralegal for their residential property team. The role would suit someone with experience in residential property and conveyancing matters and will involve the following:

• Answering phone calls - providing updates to clients, agents, other solicitors etc.
• Producing and issuing quotes.
• Opening files.
• Dealing with onboarding clients.
• Undertaking accounts processes as part of a transaction.
• Undertaking land registry applications

You will receive significant experience and knowledge and, for the right person, the firm will  support your progression in due course.
