The Firm

This specialist property law firm in Nottingham is looking to recruit a legal assistant / paralegal for their residential property team.

About You & The Role

The role would suit someone with experience in residential property and conveyancing matters and will involve the following:

• Answering phone calls - providing updates to clients, agents, other solicitors etc.
• Producing and issuing quotes.
• Opening files.
• Dealing with onboarding clients.
• Undertaking accounts processes as part of a transaction.
• Undertaking land registry applications

You will receive significant experience and knowledge and, for the right person, the firm will support your progression in due course.

Experience

You must have demonstratable experience of working in property law.
