Legal Counsel – Commercial

This hugely successful PLC is recruiting for a Legal Counsel for NQ+ for their in-house legal team, to be based at their HQ in Nottinghamshire.

The role:

As a Legal Counsel you will review, negotiate, draft and advise on a wide range of supplier and business partnership contracts for all areas of the Group’s businesses including: commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, ecommerce, franchising and licencing, IT & technology, outsourcing and finance.

Qualifications:

Strong experience working within Commercial contract negotiation.

Qualified and able to hit the ground running using expertise in this sector.

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where priorities are ever-changing.

Excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with those at all levels of an organisation

Able to provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice

Collaborative approach to work, always take the team with you

Ambitious and looking to develop their career with a global PLC

Additional Information:

This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, we will also consider applicants looking for a Fixed Term Contract. All working days will require on site presence.
