Legal Counsel – Commercial

Location: Nottinghamshire

Hours: Full time or part time

This hugely successful PLC is recruiting for a Legal Counsel (1yrs+ PQE) for their in-house legal team, to be based at their HQ in Nottinghamshire.

The role:

As a Legal Counsel you will review, negotiate, draft and advise on a wide range of supplier and business partnership contracts for all areas of the Group’s businesses including: commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, ecommerce, franchising and licencing, IT & technology, outsourcing and finance.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience working within Commercial contract negotiation.
• Qualified and able to hit the ground running.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where priorities are ever-changing.
• Excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with those at all levels of an organisation.
• Able to provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice.
• Collaborative approach to work, always take the team with you.
• Ambitious and looking to develop their career with a global PLC.

Additional Information:

This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, we will also consider applicants looking for a Fixed Term Contract. All working days will require on site presence.
