About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise on high-net-worth and intricate family law cases, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
• Collaborate closely with the Family Department to deliver tailored, innovative legal solutions for clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
• Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Contribute to the department’s growth through business development initiatives.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will be a talented and experienced family law professional with:

• Significant post-qualification experience in family law (7yrs+ PQE).
• A strong track record of managing high-value and complex cases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
