Position: Litigation Solicitor
Location: Peterborough
Salary: up to £50,000

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking firm. You will manage a varied caseload including complex litigation matters such as contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and commercial litigation. As the caseload is varied, there will also be some non-contentious work. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation cases, including contract disputes and commercial litigation.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide strategic legal advice.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
• Expertise in handling complex litigation cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
