Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive – In-house

This dynamic business is a disruptor in their field, supplying a range of products and services to over 20,000 businesses in the UK.

This role will report to the Legal Director and will be responsible for managing a team of 12 paralegals, as well as managing a caseload of more complex fast-track and multi-track claims.

You will provide expert legal advice and guidance on debt-related matters, offering practical commercial solutions for debt recovery and managing potential risks. Assist the Legal Director to strengthen legal strategies with other internal teams. Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements as relevant. Stay up-to-date with developments in the law, rules, procedure and industry best practices, enhancing your expertise in the field.
