NQ+ Legal Counsel

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days in-office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented in-house lawyer (NQ+) to join a dynamic legal team, providing expert advice on commercial contracts. This role is perfect for a proactive and commercially-minded legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including outsourcing agreements, data-sharing arrangements, and software licensing agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on risks related to third-party contracts.
• Mentor and support other team members in contract drafting and legal advice.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation and external partners.
• Advise on financial services regulations and data protection matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
