Partner/ Principal Associate

A unique opportunity for a senior Employment lawyer to join an energetic Employment team boasting more recognised experts in the UK than any other law firm.

Offering an unparalleled quality of work both nationally and internationally, clients include many of the World's largest and most sophisticated employers and the matters that the team advise on range from multi-jurisdictional projects to high value litigation in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court.

Work includes Employment Tribunal litigation (including complex discrimination, whistleblowing, contingent workers and equal pay cases), multi-jurisdictional and UK projects (re-organisations, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions), employee relations advisory cases, industrial relations and corporate support.

The successful candidate is unlikely to be less than 8 years pqe and will work directly with the Partners and the wider team dealing with transactional employment cases across a number of sectors including technology, retail, diversified industrials, financial services and utilities. They must demonstrate excellent technical skills as well as the commercial acumen and personality to build exceptional relationships with internal and external contacts.
