Our client is a major player in the provision of commercial legal services across the North of England.

A superb opportunity has arisen for a real estate partner with a substantial client following to move to the firm's Manchester office and spearhead the development of a team.

The current team service the commercial property requirements of an impressive clientbase nationally both private and public sector clients). The work concentrates predominantly on commercial development work, sales and acquisition of commercial real estate and landlord and tenant work. The team are also supported by a strong property finance department.

The stand alone department has experienced year on year growth in turnover and profitability and currently supports 15 partners,10 associates and 11 assistants.

They are looking for commercial property lawyers with drive and vigour who are looking to make a move with a clientbase and to make a mark in the local Manchester/ North West market. In return the firm will offer a generous basic and equity participation.
