Personal Injury Lawyer – Nottingham

A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join its team in Nottingham. This role involves handling litigated, multitrack employers' liability, public liability, and occupiers’ liability claims.

The firm also deals with serious road accidents, clinical negligence, criminal assault, and historic abuse cases. Some matters involve complex medico-legal issues, such as contaminated blood cases, abdominal mesh claims, and vaccine damage, requiring strong legal and medical knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:

• Have at least 3 years of PQE (or relevant experience) in claimant personal injury litigation.
• Possess a strong academic background and a good understanding of civil court procedures, particularly using the Damages Portal for online claims.
• Demonstrate exceptional client care skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Be proficient in IT systems and legal processes.
• Show a commitment to professional development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims while assisting with complex matters.
• Handle substantial cases from inception to resolution.
• Work within a collaborative and supportive team on diverse and challenging cases.
