Personal Injury Lawyer

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their Nottingham office. The role involves handling litigated, multitrack personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability, and occupiers' liability cases.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of litigated claimant personal injury matters, with an emphasis on complex and substantial claims.
• Handling cases from inception to completion, including those within the Damages Portal for online claims issuance.
• Providing exceptional client care and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Collaborating within a supportive and friendly team while working independently on challenging cases.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience in claimant personal injury litigation.
• Strong procedural knowledge of civil court actions and case management.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• IT proficiency and familiarity with legal case management systems.
• A team player with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ambition for personal and professional growth within the firm.
