Private Client – Head of Department

This niche commercial and private client services law firm based in Derbyshire is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer for a Head of Department position.

As an experienced private client lawyer, you will oversee the running of the Wills, Family & Trusts team advising clients on the full range of private client services, including Wills, declarations of trust, inheritance tax planning, probate and administration of estates, Court of Protection, Powers of attorney, and residential care planning.

You will have 5yrs+ PQE in the above areas and be confident and capable of working autonomously with little or no supervision.

Part-time will be considered. The role is predominantly office based, with some flexible working.

This role is commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield and the surrounding areas.
