The Role:

You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert advice in:

• Drafting Wills, including trust Wills
• Administration of Estates
• Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trust creation and administration
• Care home fees advice and planning
• Inheritance tax planning

Who We’re Looking For:

• A personable and approachable Private Client Lawyer (NQ+) who enjoys building relationships
• Someone who can work independently while being part of a supportive team
• A professional with strong technical expertise in private client matters
