Private Client Solicitor

Legal 500 rated law firm with offices across North and West Yorkshire seeks to recruit a Private Client lawyer to join the Harrogate office.

The firm are keen to enhance and develop the department's client base and geographical reach and have a particular interest in the Charities and Art and Heritage sectors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years pqe and will be working with high net worth clients in relation to Trusts, Wills, Probates and Lasting Powers of Attorney; Court of Protection and Deputyship; Inheritance Tax and succession planning work.

Ideally you will either be accredited with STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) or have an ambition to be (support will be offered by the firm to obtained accreditation - financial support to achieve qualifications and advancement available).
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills as well as being an effective communicator with the ability to empathise with the clients,and will show a willingness to participate fully in business development initiatives.
