Private Client Solicitor

Our client seeks to recruit a Private Client solicitor with circa 1/4 years pqe to join their highly successful department which is the largest within the firm and therefore essential to the continued growth and development of the company.

The firm regularly acts for High Net Worth clients offering a bespoke personal service tailored to meet individual needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a broad spectrum of work to include the following;

• The making of Wills
• The making of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Asset protection work for the family
• Court of Protection work
• The administration of estates
• Inheritance Tax advice
• The administration of both Will and Lifetime Trusts
