Private Client Solicitor

This regional practice with an impressive national presence is now recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) for its Northampton office. 

The tier 1 ranked Legal 500 team’s work covers lifetime estate planning, specialist advice in IHT and capital gains tax, gifting, trust planning, probate services for high-net-worth and complex estates, and a host of trust matters.

There is additional support from specialised agricultural lawyers within the firm who frequently act for landed estates.

You will ideally have 2yrs+ PQE in advising on a range of private client matters including the preparation of Wills, the creation and administration of trusts, probate and the administration of estates, the creation, registration and revocation of powers of attorney and inheritance tax advice.

STEP membership would be an advantage.
