Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Nottingham:

This award-winning law firm is now recruiting Private Client Solicitors for its growing team in Nottingham and further afield, focusing on advising mass affluent clients in Inheritance Tax and Estate planning. Ideal candidates will have 1-10 years PQE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Partners with a caseload covering IHT planning, Care Home Fee planning, Wills, LPAs, and Estate Administration.
• Play a vital role in the Private Client team, handling cases, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing the team's profile.

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant Professional Qualification.
• Strong legal skills in Private Client matters.
• Broad caseload experience, including Wills, Care Home Fees, Estate Administration, IHT, and LPAs.
• Sound knowledge of private and elderly client matters with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and passionate about career development.
