Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

This regional law firm with wide-ranging expertise is recruiting a Wills and Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive (Deputy) to join their growing team in Macclesfield.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years PQE however candidates around this bracket are encouraged to reach out. This role would require the successful candidate to act as a deputy for the Departmental Head when required.

The successful candidate will need to have great technical skills in Probate and Wills work and also be competent in handling Trusts and inheritance tax planning. Being a member of STEP is preferable but not essential. Other parts of the role include growing and maintaining a fee income in line with targets. An interest in developing a Contentious Probate Team would be an advantage.
