Property Litigation Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation solicitor to join one of the leading firms in the region.

The workload will cover all aspects of commercial property disputes, including lease renewals, break notices/lease termination, forfeiture, dilapidations claims, claims involving restrictive covenants and unauthorised occupation of land. Acting for clients with large business property portfolios including estate agents and property developers, a strong knowledge and experience of Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 is essential.
