Property Litigation Solicitor

Award winning city centre law firm is seeking a property litigation solicitor to join the team. The successful candidate will expect to handle a broad range of landlord and tenant litigation acting for a broad range of clients. You will deal with

• the full range of property litigation disputes
• forfeiture
• rights of light
• development disputes
• property contract disputes
• nuisance
• contested lease renewals
• property -related negligence
• complex cases

The successful candidate will have upwards of 5 years pqe gained in this area and will demonstrate a commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving client issues.
