Real Estate Associate

This regional law firm is recruiting a Associate to join their growing Real Estate team in Newcastle. Candidates at all PQE levels are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will however have experience in acting for developers in residential/commercial developments.

The successful candidate will have experience of matters such as drafting and negotiating overage/clawback agreements, planning agreements, dealing with complex title structures and easements and managing and negotiating site acquisition. Should the candidate not have the specific experience but can demonstrate experience working in other areas of real estate and a desire to learn, training will be provided.
