An outstanding opportunity for a associate/senior associate to join the Manchester office of a national firm to support an expanding Real Estate department as a result of an ever growing clientbase.

The department handles a varied workload for a mixed client portfolio which includes public sector property finance and general commercial property transactions.

It is likely that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years pqe as the role will include some supervision of more junior team members.

The role will appeal to a senior associate who has already had some experience of the public and real estate finance sector and is happy to continue with this specialism.
