Real Estate Lawyer (Energy and Infrastructure)

This independent law firm with an international client base is recruiting a Real Estate lawyer for its Energy and Infrastructure team. This is a junior role (0-2 years PQE) however those around this bracket are encouraged to apply. The firm’s office is based in Yorkshire but candidates that live outside this region are welcome.

The Infrastructure and Energy team provides pragmatic and multi-disciplinary advice on a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects. Advising on site selection, re-financing and project disposal due diligence, power purchase and grid connection arrangements and negotiations of land documentation are the kinds of projects the successful candidate may be involved in.

The successful candidate will need to be commercially minded as well as be able to provide a superb level of clear and knowledgeable advice to clients. Experience working on renewable energy projects is desirable but not essential as development in this area will be provided.

This firm will support you in developing skills to boost your career prospects as well as provide an excellent benefits system. This role will also include a landmark paid sabbatical programme, on top of your holiday entitlement, after working at the firm for two years.
