Location: Nottingham / Birmingham

Position Overview:

An established and dynamic law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Land Acquisition Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE to join their team in Nottingham or Birmingham. Working with an experienced Partner and reporting to an industry leading legal specialist, this role focuses on providing expert legal services to house builder clients involved in land acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be varied but will include:

• Complex and large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales.
• Collaboration agreements between developers.
• Disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers.
• Funding arrangements.
• Strategic options.
• Urban regeneration.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in real estate land acquisition, specifically for house builder clients.
• Proven experience in managing complex land acquisition projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with relevant legal software and research tools.
