Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases efficiently, using the firm’s case management system.
• Benefit from dedicated secretarial support to assist with administrative tasks related to your caseload.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proficient in managing residential property transactions independently.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
