About The Firm

They are a multi-disciplined practice with Conveyancing Quality Scheme and Lexcel accreditations. Their expertise spans various areas, ensuring comprehensive service for their clients.

What We Are Looking For

We are searching for a candidate who can demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• NQ – 4yrs PQE (or equivalent) and confident in managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in self-development within their area of expertise
• Proven in meeting deadlines and targets
• Excellent in client care, recognising the importance of building relationships with third parties and colleagues
• Proficient in ICT, with experience using Microsoft Office 365
• Capable of developing new work from existing clients and seeking new clients for themselves and others
