Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: West Bridgford (Hybrid / Part-time options available)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join a dynamic team in West Bridgford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied residential property caseload, from instruction through to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of residential sales and purchases, including new builds, leaseholds, transfers, and shared ownership.
• Conduct title searches, prepare legal documents, and manage post-completion matters.
• Use case management software efficiently for billing and administrative tasks.
• Supervise junior and support staff as needed, contributing to recruitment and training efforts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, enhancing the firm’s reputation.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle a fast-paced workload with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and GDPR regulations.
• Excellent communication, IT, and administrative skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
