Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Established multi-office law firm seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to be based in attractive market town location.

Work will include including sales, purchases, Transfer of Equity, Right to Buy purchases, Help to Buy purchases and first registrations. The ideal candidate will be dealing with all stages from file opening to post completion matters.

If you are currently considering a move and would be interested in joining a close-knit and friendly firm where you will be given the autonomy to run your own files this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Ideally, you will have not less than three years pqe and be accustomed to working independently. You will also be accustomed to complying with Lexel requirements, the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, Solicitors Accounts Rules and Rules of Professional Conduct of solicitors.
