This Top 50, national law firm is recruiting for a plot conveyancer for their team in Birmingham.

This is an exciting time to join a market-leading Residential Development Unit as the team continues to win repeat and new work from its impressive client base of recognised national and regional housebuilders.

As a plot conveyancer you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility for your own plot sales matters with the assistance of a case management system. This is very much a client-facing role where you can expect full encouragement and support in developing and maintaining those relationships.

We welcome applications from paralegals and legal executives with experience of dealing with plot sales and / or regular conveyancing transactions.
