Residential Development Solicitor

Our client is a forward thinking and innovative award winning law firm with offices across the North of England.

They seek to make a senior appointment into the specialist national residential development team based in Manchester.

The role incorporates a broad range of residential development work on behalf of housebuilder clients, including site acquisitions and disposals.

The successful candidate will be expected to take on management responsibility within the office and will report to the national head.

We are keen to talk to solicitors currently working in residential development either in private practice or in house.
