Residential Development Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a growing Residential Development team. The firm is a highly rated and dynamic Northern law firm. The role can be based out of any of the firm's offices in Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle.

The successful candidate will join, learn and be mentored by an '‘outstanding’ team of Partners and be responsible to develop and expand the offering to residential developers.

The role would be ideal for a 3+ year PQE solicitor, with experience in residential development. This position offers a wide and varied workload, in particular working on acquisition and developments for regional and national residential developers. Experience in social housing development would be desirable but not essential.
