The Role:

A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its Residential Property team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will work closely with high-net-worth clients, managing their property sales and purchases with a focus on high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales and purchases for high-net-worth clients.
• Advising clients on all legal aspects of residential property transactions and delivering exceptional client care.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, and overseeing the conveyancing process.
• Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals involved in transactions.
• Ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and within agreed timeframes, maintaining attention to detail throughout.

Candidate Profile:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
• Proven ability to handle high-value transactions and deliver a premium service to high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing a busy caseload while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
