The Role:
This highly regarded national law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its Residential Property team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will work closely with high-net-worth clients, managing their property sales and purchases with a focus on high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales and purchases for high-net-worth clients.
- Advising clients on all legal aspects of residential property transactions and delivering exceptional client care.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, and overseeing the conveyancing process.
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and within agreed timeframes, maintaining attention to detail throughout.
Candidate Profile:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
- Proven ability to handle high-value transactions and deliver a premium service to high-net-worth clients.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing a busy caseload while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
