Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive

This friendly market town law firm is recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team in Melton Mowbray.

The role would suit a CLC, Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent). You must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy, using the LEAP CMS. The role is supported by a paralegal and will support part-time hours and hybrid working.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
• Conducting property searches and reviewing legal documentation.
• Providing high-quality advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service

The role is supported by a paralegal and will support part-time hours (if preferred) and hybrid working.
