Senior Associate – Employment Law

The Role:
As a Senior Associate in the Employment Law team, you’ll work primarily with clients in the health sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on employment law issues, including TUPE, disciplinary investigations, and union negotiations.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals, handling cases from Directions Hearings to Full Hearings.
• Drafting contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Undertaking workplace investigations and contributing to business development efforts.
• Providing sector-specific, compliant advice while keeping up with legal developments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work.
• A thorough understanding of employment law and its practical application.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• An ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality client service.
• Familiarity with case management systems and legal research tools.
