Social Housing Lawyer

This award-winning and pioneering national law firm is now recruiting for a Social Housing Lawyer to join its Midlands team.

With teams across Nottingham and Birmingham, the firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social housing litigation case handler to work closely with some of their largest clients, provide excellent advice, and develop their career.

The role involves assisting a Partner/Senior Associate with high value/technically challenging social housing claims as well as running your own caseload to include a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings and housing related personal injury claims.

You will ideally have social housing litigation experience, although candidates with general civil litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Paralegal, Legal Executive, or NQ-2yrs PQE Solicitor.
