Wills and Probate Solicitor

This regional law firm with wide-ranging expertise is recruiting a Wills and Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their growing team in Macclesfield.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years PQE however candidates around this bracket are encouraged to reach out. Such role has the possibility for quick progression to a level equivalent to salaried partner.

The successful candidate will need to have great technical skills in Probate and Wills work and also being competent handling Trusts and inheritance tax planning. Being a member of STEP is preferable but not essential. Other parts of the role include managing and training a busy team and having the ability to provide excellent client care.

Salary will be competitive and the firm provides a clear progression framework with individual career and development plans.
