Residential Development Solicitor

Our client is a highly regarded full service Leeds law firm with a long tradition of providing excellent legal advice to a enviable client base.

As a result of continuing expansion they now seek to recruit a solicitor to join the residential development department. The specialist team of lawyers act for landowners, national and regional housebuilders and are registered providers in all aspects of the sale and development of land for house building.The team handle instructions from the initial planning and negotiation stages through to sale contracts to plot sales.

Ideally they are looking for a solicitor at associate level with residential development experience. However they are open to talk to solicitors with a broad real estate/ commercial property background who can demonstrate an interest in this area of practice.
