What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you (i) when you register your CV with us for recruitment services, (ii) when you apply for a specific role on our ‘Job Search’ page, (iii) when you sign up for e-mail alerts for jobs on our ‘Job Alerts’ page, (iv) when you contact us directly or (v) when you ‘Refer a friend’. When you provide comments or feedback through our ‘Contact Us’ section we also collect relevant information from you. Website usage information is collected using cookies. The information we collect may include your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your email address) and other relevant information from your CV.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to allow us to tailor our recruitment service to your particular skills and experience; for example, we will use your information to determine whether we believe that you would be suitable for a job role which is notified to us by the employers we work with (‘our clients’). Any information provided as part of the ‘Job Alerts’ form will be used to tailor the e-mails we send to you and we will use this to select the job adverts from our clients we include on those e-mails.

We will contact you directly to obtain your consent before we pass on your personal information to any of our clients. In the event you would like to instruct us as your recruitment agency, we may request that you provide us with appropriate identification documentation (which can include a passport, driving licence, recent utility bills). We may use and disclose your identity information to relevant bodies to complete (amongst other checks) DBS checks, identity checks, checks with the SRA and searches. We may also disclose this information to prospective employers to allow them to conduct similar checks.

Any personal information will be kept securely and safely on our private server any hard copy documents are kept in locked secure cabinets. We will keep your personal data no longer than necessary with the exception of documents we consider to be of continuing significance. However, you have the right to request that such data is destroyed or returned by contacting us directly.

We may use your information for marketing purposes as set out below but will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other companies.

E-mail Communications and ‘Job Alerts’

If you have completed our form and requested ‘Job Alerts’, as mentioned above we will send you information on jobs listed by our clients. By requesting ‘Job Alerts’ you are consenting to receive these e-mails. If you wish to opt out, you may do this at any time.

We may occasionally send email communications to you to provide information that we think you would find useful and interesting, for example news or market updates, salary surveys or invitations to events.
